  Which plan can I start with for podcasting?

  Hi there, you can podcast under any plan by hosting your audio files elsewhere https://wordpress.com/support/audio/

  However, if you want to be able to upload your audio files to your WordPress.com website, you’ll need to purchase at least the Personal upgrade plan https://wordpress.com/support/audio/podcasting/
