    hi i have been getting this error since yesterday and i can’t access anything. at first was plugins rename that cause this. but how to fix it now becomes a problem.

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ – it means our support is limited to help with this, but we’ll do our best to point you in the right direction.

    at first was plugins rename that cause this.

    I would recommend confirming if you’re able to locate a fresh copy of the plugin. Following I’d recommend deleting this plugin in the directory via SFTP, to clear the error you’re seeing.

    Once deleted, you may wish to re-install the plugin to get that back up and running.

    Going forward, you may wish to look into installing Jetpack Backup: https://jetpack.com/upgrade/backup/ as with this installed, you would be able to roll the site back to a point before the plugin name changed.

    thanks for your response, i was able to access it via FileZilla but all folders comes with question mark and i tried to rename to deferent name and i later change it back. its just display a little, still cant access the admin pf on wp. and image not displaying properly.
