Plugin for translating text in images

Hello,
I plan to put comics onto my website, but I plan to initially write all the dialogue/thoughts in English. I want to somehow be able to translate the dialogue into other languages just like the Google Translate translates text on the website itself. I think one possible solution is to leave the speech bubbles blank and get a plugin that overlays drag-and-drop text that can be placed into the speech bubbles and translated. That solution would only work, however, if I was able to have new text display for every new comic page…
Thoughts?

That sounds a bit complicated. I’d suggest asking at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – those folks have way more experience with plugins and custom solutions.
