Please HELP_ Log in trouble

    I have logged into site ground successfully. Then when I go to the control panel and attempt to log into my website to make edits it says

    1) Incorrect user name or password (when I enter the email address associated with the site). I saw that another email address was listed on my site ground page that I have no access to.
    2) I click on reset password and it says that it doesn’t recognize my email address
    3) I click on reset password and it DOES recognize the email address that is not mine but is listed on my site ground page as ‘(email visible only to moderators and staff)’ . This email address is not mine and I have no understanding of how to access it-though I own this domain.
    4) I am at a loss because when I reset the password to ‘admin@glean…’ it says it recognizes it and resent a password link there. But I don’t have a way to access that account.

    PLEASE HELP!

    To get help in resetting your password please contact SiteGround as your login details are stored on their servers and only they have access to your data.
