You create the Page or edit it if it already exists, and upload the images into it, and type in the text. Then publish the Page.

How did you create your present About page content? Did you paste in the Gravatar image, and add the text? Paste both?

If you want content on a page, what alternative do you have but to put it there yourself?

i didn’t created the page, created by wordpress, i want add other authors in the about pageI was not aware of any theme with which the WordPress default About page would include an automatically generated Gravatar and an excerpt of your user profile. But that’s what the about page does on the Big Brother theme — I’ve just duplicated the feat on an inactive website — even though the content of the default About page reached via the dashboard, which is too funny to produce here in full, is
This is an example of a page. Unlike posts, which are displayed on your blog’s front page in the order they’re published, pages are better suited…
and contains no trace of a Gravatar image or profile information. Are there two About pages? Not in “All Pages” (scratches his head).
If we can figure out how that Gravatar and user profile excerpt got in there, perhaps we can explain how to include additional ones.

I missed this before. At the bottom of the About Page when using the Big Brother theme, below the Gravate and profile, is the following:
A note from WordPress.com: By default, this page displays your Gravatar profile until you edit it to add your own text. You can leave the Gravatar profile, edit the page to display something else, or delete the page altogether. This note is only visible to you.

I don’t think you’ll be able to add more Gravatar profiles there without purchasing a Custom Upgrade.

I mean to have them appear as if by magic, as the first on does. And I wouldn’t know how to change the CSS to allow more to show.
However, you can create them yourself as follows:1. Upload the selected Gravatar image, and resize if necessary.
2. Type or copy the bio from the Gravatar Profile page: http://en.gravatar.com/Username
3. Create a text link titled “View complete profile,” or something funnier, and link it to the User’s Gravatar Profile page. -

i’m planing to upgrade, i don’t think wordpress allow more than one gravatar in about even after upgrading,

One gravatar per username account regardless of how many blogs are registered under it is the limit.
