  I have tried numerous things to adjust the sidebar width and cannot quite figure it out. It is currently too wide and I would like for it be at 250px.
  Help would be much appreciated!

  Hi there, you need to be a bit more specific with the selector used. Replace your #sidebar rule with the following to resize the sidebar on the two-column layout in Pilcrow to make the sidebar 250px in width.

  .two-column #sidebar, .two-column #secondary-sidebar {
      text-align: left;
      width: 250px;
  }
