photos won't load when i try to insert?!

Hello!
Every time I try to insert a photo into my blog posts, it just shows up as a little square icon and won’t actually show my picture! Does anyone know whats going on!?

I tried the same just now, photos won’t load, only the number of the photo comes up, same as jennicocoa above.
My blog is gaiainaction.wordpress.com
