Personal VS. Premium Plan

Hello, can you please describe the differences, functions, and capabilities of the Personal website plan VS. the Premium Plan? The premium plan states I can more easily monetize the website; however, the Personal plan also states that WordPress won’t include their ads. Can you please clarify if I can still monetize the Personal site (plan) on Facebook, and if so, how? What is the difference in monetizing the Personal site VS. the Premium site? Lastly, how is ‘WordPress’ branding removed from the Business plan site? Thank you.
