Permalinks not showing correctly

    For example when you click on the contact page on http://www.mitzvahtechnique.ca it doesn’t show /contact in the url. I publish my content from http://test.holisticposture.com/wp-admin/. I’ve contacted my host about this and they said its an issue in the backend of WordPress?

    I took a look at your both of your websites mitzvahtechnique.ca and test.holisticposture.com. It appears that neither of them are hosted on WordPress.com.
     
    Generally that means you are a WordPress.org user. While they might seem the same, there are actually some pretty substantial differences between the two systems. You can find out more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
     
    The forum you’re on right now is dedicated to WordPress.com sites only. While we won’t be able to help you here, if you go to https://wordpress.org/support/ there’s a pretty good chance you’ll be able to get some assistance for your site.
     
    That being said, even though your site is mitzvahtechnique.ca all of your menu items currently point to the test.holisticposture.com. The difference between the two might be part of the issue you’re having. It would be where I would start in troubleshooting the issue and something to mention if you do choose to utilize the WordPress.org support forums.
