Payment Cancellation Pending – need your advice

Hello,
I paid $18 last October 9 only to find out that the hosting site I would subscribed for offers free domain site. So I decided to cancel the payment in few hours and confirmed the email notification. Until now I have not gotten any response from the team and I am not sure who to contact directly. Can someone please tell me?

Do you see the domain/upgrade on My Upgrades page? Check the Billing History as well. It may take some time for refunds to appear.
Tagging this thread for Staff attention regardless. They can take a look at your account and process this as required.
