    Hi, I tried to renew and pay for the domain name of my blog but the interface blocked my payment saying that the card number is now different from the one which opened the account on WP. It is right but I am managing the blog now and would like to be able to renew the domain asap (since it will expire in 7 days). Thank you in advance for you help.

    Hi @annevendetta, the card number shouldn’t matter actually.

    But if you bought upgrades using a different account (and it looks like you may have indeed done that) you’ll want to log out, then log in as that user. You can do that here:

    You could also have that user get in touch with us to have the upgrade transferred to this account. Can you get in touch here?
