  Having trouble with password protected pages only redirecting sometimes – not all the time. Have searched forums and have tried removing all plugins and also multiple themes (updated). The same thing happens each time, which is that it works/redirects properly a few times, then just every now and then (about every 10th time or so). I am using safari on mac mostly, but the same problem is occurring for all site users no matter platform/browser. Have set up a test page with pw “test” (http://floatingworldmusic.com/?page_id=1369). Many thanks for any assistance

  There are two different versions of WordPress. These are the support forums for WordPress.com, and you have the self hosted WordPress.org version. You can read about the differences here:
