  On one of my blogs, the continuation tag says ‘read more >>’, and on another it says ‘read the rest of this entry >>’.

  Is this difference because each blog is using a different theme, or can I customise this tag somewhere? (it took me long enough to just find out how to use it – the documentation is woeful !!!)
