pages are slow, can't get there sometimes, dasboard don't work…

Hey! I’ve been running the blog for almost two years and more than one year on czech hosting. In last month everything slowed down terribly, sometimes I¨m not able to even view my blog ore dashboard. I did’t make any changes that coud cause i. Also tryed to uninstall all the plugins, then it got better for couple of hours, then it started again. I spoke to my hosting/domain support and according to errors names they told me it’s not an error message from PHP but from CMS and according to them everything is fine. So I don’t know what to do now…
