Pages

When will I get a new page on my blog or is that something I have to add myself? I mean a page 1, 2, 3… that will allow newer post to show on page 1 and older one show one the other pages. I don’t want visitors to have to scroll down forever. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I guess I really need help with (next page option as well as adding page numbers that are click-able to take visitors to the next page). Right now all my postings are on one page.

You can choose to reduce the number of posts your have displayed on your front page. Here’s where you can do that > Dashboard > Settings > ReadingYou can choose to split content in posts by inserting the “the more tag” into the text in posts where you want it to “break”. . The result will be displaying excerpts of posts on the front page of your blog with click to read more links for your readers. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

Thank you timethief it’s working. I now have 3 postings per page, but (previous shows up on the left instead of the right like I’m used to. Is there a way to bold the word (previous page) or make it appear on the left instead of the right. I don’t know if this question make sense, so you might have to look at my page. Thanks…

Almost all wp.com themes feature previous/next navigation tabs on the main posts pages as well as on category/archive pages. The wording varies. But no I’m sorry we cannot edit our templates at wordpress.com and make the navigation links bold.

You’re welcome. I think you will benefit from reading this entry in the support documentation. It’s aimed at explaining the differences between wordpress.com and wordpress.org and clarifies the limitations we have here at wordpress.com > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
