page has the correct permalink but view site shows different page
-
This link brings up my content:
https://wordpress.com/page/laurarossinteriordesigner.com/164
The url with my about me slug: laurarossinteriordesigner.com/about-me/ brings up a blank page even though I added this permalink to the page with content. How do I get my permalink with slugs to go to the page with my about me content? Or how do I get the content onto laurarossinteriordesigner.com/about-me/
This is happening throughout my site. i have tried deleting pages but it doesn’t seem to help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there!
It appears the link you shared is for a page that’s currently in the trash. Instead, the link to the current About page on your site is this one: https://laurarossinteriordesigner.com/about/
Can you check and let me know if you’re all set now?
Feel free to let us know if you have more questions.

I got it figured out. I had to go in and recreate each page based on a template. If you just create a page with no template, it doesn’t link to your permalinks. It took me a very long time to figure this out.

Hi! I’m glad you were able to get it figured out. With regular themes that are compatible with the Site Editor, they do usually come with a default ‘Page’ template; but that can of course be modified. We do also have a guide to help you dive into how to edit the Page template should you want a reference alongside the work you’ve done so far.
