Notifications shortcut not working

    Hello. My notifications shortcut that appears as a little symbol in the upper right hand corner of my blog/account has not been working for a very long time. It turns yellow/orange when there is a new notification, but when I click on it it never loads. This doesn’t just happen when there is a new comment or like, however, it never downloads and remains blank with a spinning symbol.
