  How do I notify a list of recipients by email that I have posted a new blog?

  I am not sure if you are saying that you have an existing list of email addresses that you would like to have emailed, or if you just want to give people the option.

  You can place a “follow” button on your blog that will give readers the option to be emailed when you make a post:

  As far as I know there is no way to input a list of emails into wordpress and have those people be emailed when you make a post. People have to opt-in to the service themselves.
