Please post this specific info here:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up. How do I get a Moderator/Staff reply for my question? https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Also subscribe to this thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting. Note that the link for the iOs forum for the WordPress app is http://ios.forums.wordpress.org/ so you can post there http://ios.forums.wordpress.org/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click register one, so you can post to the support forums there and make our developers aware of the issue.
The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/ If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/

Hi David,
The site ist perfectly responsive when i squeeze the browser. But on the phone it doesn’t work.
I’ve visited your site on an iPhone 6 and it appears to behave as expected:

Does the problem occur on a certain post, page or area of your site?
It would be great if you could send me a screenshot of what you are seeing. Please either upload it to your Media Library or to a service like Snaggy and send me a link.
Once you’ve done so, I’ll be able to look into it further.
Thanks!

Hi Gemma
Thanks for the screenshot.
I just figured out, what it was:
The problem was the referring to the slammovienight.wordpress.com site through my personal domain slammovienight.ch. Apparently a frame redirect prevents the responsive site. It works with normal redirect (permanent). Thanks for your answers. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
Best regards,

Hi David,
Apparently a frame redirect prevents the responsive site. It works with normal redirect (permanent).
No problem at all. The frames will prevent certain aspects of your site working as they should. An existing domain can be connected to your WordPress.com site by using domain mapping:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/
Domain mapping is a feature of all paid plans, including Personal. Each plan includes a domain credit which can be used to map an existing domain or register a new one.
Working this way will mean you won’t need to use frame redirects.
Come back to me if you have any questions.
