noob can't figure out how to minimize margins/padding and have larger images
-
Hi There,
I’m using the twenty sixteen theme for a comic strip and it’s shrinking my images to the point that the text is hard to read. Two challenges I’m facing as I look for ways to remedy this: don’t know how to minimize the useless white space on the sides of the blog and don’t know how to keep images from shrinking to a default size that is much too small.Any help would be most appreciated
site is otbcomic.com
thanks!

Your detailed theme description page is here https://wordpress.com/theme/twentysixteen
Provided you have purchased either a Business Plan or Premium plan you can edit the CSS. https://wordpress.com/pricing/ But do read Note 2 below.
Note 1: If you have the required upgrade you can use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform so you can create a thread that will appear in the CSS Forum where you will get the help you need with CSS editing.
Note 2: You can also post there prior to purchasing an upgrade to get an answer to whether or not what you want to do can be accomplished via CSS editing.

P.S. I’m also tagging this thread for a Themes Staff response for you. https://en.support.wordpress.com/getting-help-in-the-forums/#how-do-i-get-a-moderatorstaff-reply-for-my-question Please be patient while waiting.
