No customize option

Hello, when I go under appearance there is no customize option. It just says Themes, Editor (beta) and Additional CSS under it. Any way I can get the customize option?
It also says I need to very my blog, which I’m not quite sure how to do.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
