newest posts not at top

When I post a new blog post, it should appear at the top of my page so viewers are seeing it first. But it is not. They are kind of mixed up. Can you help me?

The top three posts on your blog are sticky, which means they appear at the top on your front page above your latest posts.
You can remove their sticky-ness using the info in this support guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
Turn off the Stick to the front page toggle.
Here are your sticky posts for your quick ref:

Hi, there.
I can’t tell for sure since I can’t see your admin, but it looks to me that the three posts showing up at the top of your site have been made “sticky.”
Here’s more info.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
If that’s the case, you can turn off the “Stick to the front page” option on those three and you’ll get all your posts in reverse chronological order.
I hope this helps. Reply if you need more assistance.
