new VideoPress with hosted sites

The announcement mentioned the overhauled VideoPress would be available for self-hosted sites, but when I try to upgrade, it says upgrades are not available yet.
Is this coming soon, or just an oversight?

Looks like the feature is coming soon in new Jetpack release.The team has updated the announcement page to reflect this.
