new page not showing

    I just created a new FAQ page for my website and it is not showing at the top where the other pages are. None of the pages have a ‘parent’ page and they are all numbered in sequential order. Thanks in advance!

    Hi,

    If you’re referring to a WordPress.com site, then it sounds like you have a custom navigation menu. On custom menus, new top level pages are automatically added to the menu only if you have the option “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” checked at Menus > selected menu > Menu Options. A sub-menu item can’t be added this way, although it can be added as a Top Level item and then moved under the Top Level or parent item.
