new blog theme only shows up on computer it was created on??

I created my blog renaissance1935.com and then changed the theme to Spring Loaded so that I could add a menu with pages at the top. The new theme is only showing up on the computer I created the new theme on. When anyone else logs on, or even if I log on on someone else’s computer, the old theme shows up. Help!! I emailed the support center for WordPress and no one has responded in 3 days. And I can’t find a contact phone number to call them. Thank you for any help you can give.

You might be experiencing a browser problem. Try clearing your cache and cookies:

But on my friend’s three different laptops, the old theme still comes up?

This could also be an ISP caching issue since many use invisible proxy servers to lower their bandwidth costs and to make web sites load faster for their customers. If it has a problem and is not updating like it should or perhaps has some sort of problem it can cause these things.
