  Greetings!

  I am dealing with a very serious stalker situation and marked 31 comments as spam, but unfortunately now they are gone. If you are able to, please make those comments available to me again under ‘pending.’ thank you.

  Hello there,

  Comments marked as spam are deleted eventually and it wouldn’t be possible to retrieve these.

  I can see the trash has also been emptied too.

  Hi there,

  Once a spam comment is removed, there is not really a way for us to find it again on our end, but if they comment again you would be able to see their info and block them from commenting on the site. For example you can blacklist their email, IP address, or specific words they might use (and your regular readers would not)
