Need to delete self-hosted site from my account

Please could someone delete the following site from my account?
testbed.1r2ns.net/wordpress/hollyholden/
I was unable to disconnect from Jetpack and cannot find a way to delete it myself.

Did you try disconnecting jetpack from your site testbed.1r2ns.net/wordpress/hollyholden/ ? Why don’t you try disabling the Jetpack plugin on your self hosted site.

The URL you provided does not match the one which we have on file as being connected via Jetpack. That one is: http://www.intagliareblog.com. Do you want this one removed?
