Need A WordPress Developer

I need a wordpress developer to migrate Myspace Layouts over to wordpress. It is currently running a custom CMS; but we’d like to move it over to wordpress. The core functions of the site would remain the same, except we’d like to allow users to upload layouts of their own aswell as comment and rate layouts.
