  • Hi,

There could be various explanations for this, but it’s difficult for a volunteer such as myself to detect the cause since your site is marked private, if in fact you are referring to the site https://domshandmades.wordpress.com/.

If your sidebar widgets were formerly displayed in the sidebar, and have somehow shifted to the footer area, then perhaps the most likely cause would be a formatting error in the page where this occurs, or in a post displayed on the page where this occurs. The HTML Troubleshooting support page might be helpful in detecting and fixing such an error.

  • You may add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar at right here to call for staff attention. Staff can view private sites, and may ask for permission to access the site in order to attempt to identify the cause of the error described.

  • Hi there,

The sidebar widgets on http://domshandmades.wordpress.com/ are correctly displaying in the sidebar for me. Have you managed to fix this yourself already?

If it’s still above the footer for you, how wide is your screen? Your theme is designed to move the sidebar to under the content on smaller screens, like a tablet, or even a computer screen if the browser window is resized smaller than default.
