Hi there!

Changing the permalink is only enabled on sites that have the WordPress.com Business plan with plugins or hosting features activated. Lower plans, including the free plan, do not have access to permalink settings.

Hello,

I just purchased the business plan in order to edit permalinks, but I am still not seeing any permalink option within settings. Can you provide a screenshot of where this menu option is available for business plan accounts?

Hi @fl65610 the permalink option will show after you add your first plugin. The addition of a plugin (or 3rd party theme) will automatically kick off the process of moving your site to our Business level hosting. Once you have done that the option to adjust permalinks is found here: https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/options-permalink.php

Just replace “yoursite.com” with the URL of your business site and it will take you straight there.
