My name doesn’t link to my blog when I comment

When I comment on other peoples’ blogs, my username shows up but it doesn’t link to my blog. So I often have to add a link within the comment, which is annoying. Other people who comment seem to have a link automatically installed, so their name is underlined, and if you click on it, you go to their blog. How can I have this automatically happen when I make comments?
