I created a contact form, but, when I preview my site, it shows my datas into the box.
How can I fix it?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You are visiting the contact form while you are logged into WordPress.com. That’s the reason your name and email address is pre-filled.

If you log out of your WordPress.com account and then visit the contact form, it’ll be empty.

Have you visited your form logged out from your WordPress account?
