Multisite Staging problem

    Good Day Everyone, i have a WP mulstisite installation and is working properly now i want to make a staging copy of it under the same domain.

    For example “sample.com” is the main site and i want to copy it to the staging folder “sample.com/staging” means on the staging “sample.com/staging” will be the primary domain of the staging site is that possbile or am i missing something?
