Mobile Phone Version

Hello!
As I go to my website on my phone when I click on blog posts it is showing “oops! that page can’t be found.” On desktop version the page does appear.
What am I missing?
Thank you!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hey there,
We would be happy to take a look, can you share the web address for your site?
Thanks! Look forward to hearing from you.

Hi @leylaortizclaypool! Could you get a screenshot of what you’re seeing? I’ve tested on my mobile and it’s working well here.
It looks like you just set this up recently, so I wonder if perhaps your mobile network, or even just your phone hasn’t caught up with the nameserver changes. But I did make sure all the DNS settings look great. Want to maybe test a different phone, or restart yours to see if that helips?

Thanks for checking it out! I restarted my phone and same thing. I’ll attach screen shot. I’ll have a friend check from their phone.

Hi there,
The reason you’re able to see the blog posts on your desktop is because you are logged into your WordPress.com account. However, on your phone, since you’re likely not logged in, the page isn’t displayed. This happens when the page is not published.
To fix this, you’ll need to publish your Blog Posts page. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Pages, and then to Drafts.
- Click on the three dots next to the Blog Posts page.
- Select ‘Publish’.
Once you’ve published the page, it should be visible on both your desktop and mobile devices.
If you encounter any more issues or have further questions, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.

Awesome, thanks so much! It’s still saying the same when I do it on my phone. Can you check?
thank you!

Hello,
It looks like the blog post page is still showing as “oops! that page can’t be found” on your phone. After taking a closer look at your site, it seems that the issue may be that you have two “Blog Posts” pages on your site. One that is published, and one that is a draft.
Your menu is linked to the draft copy (not the published one) from what I can see. You may wish to delete the draft to avoid confusion, and then return to your site editor to edit the menu link. When you do, you will only see one “Blog Posts” option to add as a link, which will fix the issue.
Let us know if you need further assistance with this!

Ah! Sorry I missed that @leylaortizclaypool, I saw the runners but didn’t scroll down enough to see that text (and was thinking more of a DNS type issue.)
I’m glad it’s fixed now! -
