It appears that the upgrades for dgat2300.org have been purchased by a different account. The username associated with these purchases is @etakappahc.
I understand your concern regarding the renewal of these upgrades, but as per our policy, only the account owner can manage and renew their purchases. I recommend you reach out to the owner of the @etakappahc account and ask them to renew the upgrades.

Thank your for the speedy confirmation of what I feared was the case.
I (user #1) started the site several years ago when I was president of the organization, and handed it off the next president (user #2). I returned as vice president and revived the site, to which user #2 gave access to me and to the then president (user #3) under whom I (user #1) was vp. I became president again when user #3 suffered a stroke.
User #2 told me yesterday that user #3 had contacted right after gaining user access and asked how to assume ownership of the site, so we must assume that @etakappahc is user #3.
I spoke with user #3 at length yesterday. She is recovering slowly and still has problematic memory issues. She has no recollection of assuming ownership as @etakappahc but there is no one else it could be but user #3.
All of which is to say, we have an unusual situation and need your help to get the account transferred to me (user #1). I entered payment information but it won’t do any good until I am authorized to make payment.
None of this private and deeply personal information should have had to be shared in a public forum!
