Migrating from Joomla

    I need to migrate my website arc.global from Joomla because the agency who set it up is no longer supporting me.

    I have installed the FG Joomla to WordPress plugin.

    However, I do not have Joomla SuperUser rights and my administrator permissions do not include the Global Configuration.

    I am stuck – can you help, please?

    Hi there,

    If you need superuser rights in order to begin migrating the site, I would suggest contacting Joomla and seeing if they can assist you with this. I take it that the agency are the ones with the superuser rights? If so, I would have them transfer those permissions to you. Otherwise, Joomla would be the best bet for assistance. I am not sure how admin rights work with Joomla, but if it is anything like WordPress.com, Joomla support should be able to point you in the right direction.
