Message – Jetpack plugin is deactivated.

I am getting a message that the Jetpack plugin is deactivated in ‘Staging site’ section of ‘Hosting Configuration’, and on home page as well.
When I click on Jetpack it says it is active.
The plugins section also says that Jetpack is active.But I’m still getting message:
‘We can’t communicate with your site because the Jetpack plugin is deactivated.’Could you please activate it? So that I can create staging site.

I have checked the site and see no issues with Jetpack – you should be able to create the staging site via this guide; https://wordpress.com/support/how-to-create-a-staging-site/
Can I also ask you to try and clear your browser cache to see if that helps? This is likely the issue. We have a guide on how to clear cache for popular browsers here; https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clear-your-browser-cache
