Hi there, since you are using a custom font, we need to precede the selector with .wf-active since custom font sizes are set separately. Go to Appearance > Customize > CSS, delete all the informational text in that window, and paste in the following custom CSS and edit the font size as desired.
.wf-active .main-navigation { font-size: 0.715em; }

Thank you! That worked ;) Can you also help me make edits to the font size of the text in the side bar widgets?

On the widgets, the first rule below would adjust the titles and the content together. I also included the second rule, which overrides the size for the titles, if you wish to adjust those separately.
.wf-active .widget { font-size: 0.715em; } .widget-title { font-size: 1.25em; }
