I have set categories to classify my posts through the menu. is there a possible way to remove “Category” once you click on the menu item? thanks

This would require Custom CSS. If your plan includes custom CSS, or if you’re considering upgrading to a paid plan, then see the following relevant topic: Help: Removing “Category:” from page title!!

However, CSS codes are typically theme dependent. So if the code provided there doesn’t work, then Cubic may require a different code to hide “Category:” from the title, and I’d suggested that you add a “modlook” tag to the sidebar of this topic to call for staff attention.

Note that in the topic Help: Removing “Category:” from page title!! @thesacredpath explains that
the title for the page is created by the theme itself and includes “Category:” so there isn’t a way to remove just “Category”. We can remove the entire title of the Category pages with the following CSS.
.category .page-title { display: none; }
