Media Library Images Upload Not Working On iPhone After Latest Update

We were able to upload images on iPhone without any issues for Admin and Customer until the most recent update. Now we cannot upload any images for either Admin or Customer on iPhone 13 Pro, no less. Our product relies on this capability and it is severely hurting our business. Can anyone help?

PS: I can (see attached) Take Photo or Video and it will upload. I can Choose Files and it will upload. But I cannot upload an image from the Photo Library – it simply does nothing once I select an image, whether it is through the Browser Uploader or through the Multi-File Uploader. I have tried in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox and cleared the caches like 10x. Again, this was working perfectly before the latest update.

PS2: I setup a Staging site and turned off all plugins and tested on iPhone, same issue.
