Lost Webpages

    Hi,
    We have a weird, disturbing pattern on our website. We’ve lost two web pages so far and we don’t know how to get them back. The problem seemed to occur whenever we used the Divi Builder with our Divi theme. The best thing we can come up with is the Divi Builder is somehow crashing these pages and deleting everything in them. We can’t even get the code from the default editor. These are the pages in question:

    Both have completely disappeared, and we’re not sure how to restore them. There have been a few other missing items in the Divi post builder (i.e. insert image buttons, category selection, etc.) before, but nothing like this.
    Additionally, the Divi Builder editor is not working, despite being updated. It worked for about 10 minutes and then it would not work. Once it stopped working, one of our pages went missing. Whenever we try to access it, we get the WordPress White Screen of Death.

    I can see that your site is hosted with Ionos, not with WordPress.com, making it very difficult for us to help you here. We do not host your files on our servers, so we don’t have any backups for your site. You could try contacting Ionos about this, although if you suspect the issue is with Divi, I’d recommend reaching out directly to them: https://www.elegantthemes.com/contact/.

    Folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ may also be able to advise something. Here, on these forums, we can only help with issues related to WordPress.com.
