Lost my Domain

Hello Users

I was building up a WP site.
I bought the premium package for 99.-
I didn’t like how to set things up, so I canceled it!
Unfortionately I deleted the Domain as well.
I don’t have any access on my Profil.
Just the bills for the premium package are shown.
I bought the option to Domain-Mapping and now I can see my Domain listed again.
But I dont have any access to it!

A search shows that:

Dear nicolaseh,

Looks like you will need help from a staff member. I have typed modlook in the tag which will get a staff members attention. Also, you can receive support at help@wordpress.com

Hope you are able to find a resolution.

Ok thanks for your help.
I’m really confused.
I called even the Host in AZ
they told me they have nothing to do, its just worpress who offers connection;(
