Can You please help?

my revious and main wordpress account!!
Which account?
Companies, organizations and groups of any kind do not own blogs.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
* You will have to replace “name_of_blog” with the actual blog’s name in that URL.
After the blog’s owner logs in clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username account, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
If the blog’s owner does not see the blog here http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/ then they need to follow this guide > http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#my-blogs-dashboard-visibility
If the log-in information is lost they need to visit https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
If you do not have the required access you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
The owner of the site can transfer the site (and/or upgrades) to another account by adding another username account as an Admin. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator
Transferring a Blog to Another WordPress.com User or Account https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
Transferring upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#transferring-upgrades
Change Credit Card Details
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/WordPress.COM Account recovery
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

You’re complicating things…
It’s easy to understand realy:
1. I own an WordPress.com account
2. In a newly formated PC I’ve tryed to enter my account
3. Because I have 2-factor authentication, I’m asked to insert a code sent by a text message
4. (THE PROBLEM) Somehow, my phone does not receive the message! But the recover number associated is correct.
5. I’ve then created a second account – this one (minutes ago) – to ask for help only!
6. I have the 10 backup codes, but can’t find where to insert them to recover my account…So, can anyone help? :-/

Hi there,
Sorry for your the trouble your experiencing here.
The best solution would be to use your backup codes to login and then you can see what is causing the 2FA issues from there. To use your back up codes, simply insert one of them in the field where you would normally insert the code the you receive via SMS. So instead of using a code that you receive on your phone, use one of the backup codes instead.
Once you have done that you will be able to login and confirm your 2FA details (including the phone number that should be receiving the SMS). If you are still having these troubles after that then let us know and we’ll see what we can do to assist.
Cheers,
Hugh
