Liquorice Theme-Zero Top Margin with background head image

Anyone know how to get rid of the margin space at the top in the Liquorice theme CSS. I have reviewed the CSS and tried several times with custom CSS to remove the dead space and have the whole header with background image/ title move to the very top.
