Links pages in Sandbox
-
When I have this widget showing, I find it appears twice – once in the sidebar proper, and once in the other list of links that include things like RSS and Meta. I wanted to get rid of it in the second list which I did using
.linkcat{
display:none;
}Sadly, this hid it in both places.
Does anyone know of a way just to have the links appearing in the sidebar once?!

Oh, this is the link to my blog, if anyone cares to have a look and see what I’m doing wrong.

I’m assuming you will be using only one widget column (where you have your recent comments, etc.). If this is true, try the following:
#secondary { display: none; }
That should take care of it.
However, If you’re planning to use the second ‘widget column’, then you’ll need to be more specific, like so:
#secondary .linkcat{ display: none;
That will get rid of all elements with the .linkcat class on the ‘secondary’ sidebar.
