Layout options missing

Hello.I cannot find layout options when i am customizing.The theme I am using is Opti.The plan I am using is Premium.Maybe it due to the Premium plan?

↑here.In this article,the second step shows a button:”Layout Options”.But there is no “Layout Options” when I am customizing.There are only “Site Identity”,”Colors & Backgrounds”,”Fonts”,”Header Image”,”Menus”,”Widgets”,”Homepage Settings”,”Featured Content”,”Theme Options” and “Additional CSS”.I tried many themes but they all lost the “Layout Options” button.
I contacted to the email support of WordPress.com yesterday,but they have not reply yet.

The instructions you were following are referring to the open-source WordPress software that you can download and install on your computer (to make it public, you’ll need a host too). Here, on WordPress.com, we run a modified version of that software, so the options you see are different.
As you can see in the screenshots, they are also using a different theme.What exactly are you trying to modify? We may be able to give you some custom CSS that will help you with that.
