Keeping Post Order

My blog needs to be in chronological order because its following a journal…so first post should stay first post. Is that possible. If not, how else can I indicate preferred order? Thanks.

I have the same question. I thought of buying the “Chapters” theme, but I’m not sure that will do the trick. I’m not writing a journal. It is more of a post and response between a collaborator and I. Right now most of our responses are on the commentaries section, but it is not the ideal setting. We want to make a presentable blog that might become a book at a later time.
Therefore, i joint you in your quest for possible answers or solutions to our respective issues.

Our blogs are structured to display posts in reverse chonological order on the main page of our blogs. That cannot be reversed by us bloggers as it’s coded into the core of WordPress software.
