Jetpack issue

    hi Support,

    I am getting a Jetpack issue, it keeps saying this:

    ‘We can’t communicate with your site because the Jetpack plugin is deactivated.’

    But from what I can see, it is activated. And I couldn’t find a way to re-activate it.

    The help doc also seems outdated, because I can’t find the steps available in my version as it says here:
