hello,

I forgot to pay for the renewal of my blog and domain, and didn’t read the notifications by email as I didn’t check that mailbox for a few months. The payment is usually automatic but I changed credit card and didn’t worry about it until I noticed yesterday my blog wasn’t online anymore and that it was too late to pay.

How can I recover my domain name and put my blog back online?

Hi, this domain is in redemption right now, but if we hurry we can likely get it back from the registrar.

I have reached out to our registry partner in regards to restoring your domain now that you have paid for the manual payment. It usually takes 24 hours to hear back from them, maybe slightly longer over the weekend.

The site the domain was attached to still exists at https://emybee.wordpress.com/

When the domain is recovered, it will be added back to that site.
