Issue with editing links color (2024 theme)

Hello , I have an issue with links color, the default links color in my website is blue and it turns to orange when the user hover the mouse on it, the issue is that all the website links turn to default settings including the links which I customized it previously to a different setting with the default settings, is there anyone having the same issue, and if so, what is the solution, thank you
